With over two decades of experience in hydraulics and hydrotechnical engineering, Daniel Dragomir leads the development of WALDEVAR’s Floating PV operations, bringing deep water expertise into a new generation of renewable energy infrastructure.

As COO, he coordinates the company’s FPV engineering and operational capabilities at a time of major expansion, including the development of a new European manufacturing facility dedicated to Floating PV systems. A graduate of the Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest (UTCB), with a Master’s degree in Hydrotechnical Engineering, Daniel has built his career at the intersection of water, engineering and energy.

Before joining WALDEVAR, he spent many years in senior technical and operational management roles within international companies, including Grundfos, leading multidisciplinary teams and complex operations.
